Frozen Berry Breakfast Bowl
3 large bananas
100g (3 ½ oz) ripe mango, diced
100g (3 ½ oz) strawberries
100g (3 ½ oz) raspberries
100g (3 ½ oz) blueberries
2 tbsp flaxseeds
2 large soft pitted dates
100g (3 ½ oz) diced mango
1. Peel the bananas and slice into large pieces. Place in a polythene bag and freeze overnight.
2. When ready to serve. Put the bananas, mango, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries into a processor. Add the dates and flaxseeds and blend until smooth.
3. Spoon into a bowl. Top with fresh fruits and pumpkin seeds.
